This hospital is phenomenal! I have been treated with so much respect during a very difficult time in my life. I cannot say enough great things about this hospital, especially the labor/delivery and the NICU. Thank you, St. Elizabeth!
I delivered a baby at St Elizabeth in Edgewood KY the other day. It was such a great atmosphere and their team members really made me feel cared for and relaxed. Dr.Martin and I were discussing a book and he came back the next day and had went out of his way to order the book for me and ship it to my house. I was amazed at their hospitality.
This hospital is disgusting. The room was dirty, flies flying everywhere. The room next to me had no privacy I saw 3 people go in and be discharged in the few hours I was there and not once saw someone go in and change the sheets. When I first got there they were informed by the emts that I was on the way. They had no idea who I was and I had to wait 15 minutes just standing at the emergency entrance with no room to go in. They were scattering everywhere to prepare. It took an hour for a doctor to even see me. Who literally said to me I don't know why you are here as if I was a bother. The whole experience was unprofessional. I don't recommend.
Went to the Emergency room this morning because I fell in the parking lot and hit my head. They got me back and into a room quickly. Got a cat scan and x-ray. Saw the Nurse first and then the doctor. Had to go to the john. They showed me were it was and left me there. Gotback to my room wait a long time. Patched me up and I released me and Mike got me to the car. I was made to feel not wanted anymore.
The people make this hospital! Helpful staff, nice people and a genuine interest in making sure that patients are taken care of to the best of their ability. Great hospital serving the NKY and Cincinnati communities.
